Dave's Pilonidal cyst has *reared* its ugly head (arh arh... get the pun). Poor kids in a lot of pain. Seeing the doc this PM. Hope that it doesn't require surgery, but that is a distinct possibility. If this leads to more missed school, that complicates his situation much more.
